ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

-          The main objective of the organizations or companies of environmental management is to enable organizations to adopt a systematic approach to achieving continual improvement in energy performance, including energy efficiency, energy use, and consumption as per the company standards.

The key elements of Environment management:

1.       The commitment of top management of organizations or companies to support the environmental management and to continually improve its effectiveness in the organizations.

2.       Appointment in organizations or companies of a Management Representative to oversee the Environment management and its implementation.

3.       Development of an Energy Policy including a statement of commitment to achieving energy performance improvement.

4.       Development of an energy planning process.

5.       Identification and implementation of all applicable legal and other requirements related to energy use, consumption, and efficiency.

·       Ensure review and update its energy policy to reflect changes in the organization.

ENERGY BOUNDARIES:

The organizations or companies established a guideline for defining the measurement of energy boundaries and periods to allocate efforts and resources to energy management and energy performance improvement in the organizations.

Make sure the company manages the measurement boundaries and periods at the corporate level, organizational level, and for its building facilities to measure energy performance and performance improvements in the organizations.
